Shipping charges varies depending on the quantity of your orders and geographical location. Domestic orders arrive typically within 5- 20 business days, some international shipments arrive within 10-30 Business days or more. Once orders are placed, we provide you with several shipping services and ensure your order gets to you within the timeframe. An email stating your order confirmation and estimated delivery date will be sent to you once shipped. Faster delivery options may be available for an additional fee and can be arranged within the order page prior to submitting your order. Orders may be delayed by a few days if there are unforeseen events beyond our control and www.CozyTag.com won’t be responsible for such delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Products on promotion and/or eligible for free shipping will be designated on the product page and at checkout.
How do we Ship?
www.CozyTag.com ships directly to addresses added to your orders and not to PO BOX addresses. Several shipping methods are used within our distribution center to ensure your shipment gets to you at stipulated time frame. You can track the progress and shipping method of your package by logging into your account. If your order is more than one item, we will try our best to send all items together if your items are available at a single location. However, we reserve the right to ship your multiple packages from multiple warehouses. If we break your order into multiple packages, you may incur any additional freight charges. www.CozyTag.com reserves the right to reject an item or order if it cannot be shipped to address.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Taxes and Duties
The purchase prices of the products are exclusive of all taxes and duties. You shall bear and pay for all taxes, custom duties, import sub-charges, or other governmental charges to be imposed or charged in Territory in connection with the sale of products hereunder. In the event that you received free shipping, you will be responsible to pay duties and custom fees. All such taxes and/or fees will be calculated in accordance with the applicable federal, state or local laws.
Freight Damage or Product Defects
All product items need to be carefully inspected at the time of delivery to ensure no damage has occurred. Product inspection should include the external box as well as the product and should take place before the customer signs for the delivery. If damage or product defects are found after the items have been signed for, assembled, or installed, customers can send proof of damage to our Customer Support within 24 hours. For proof of damage, customers can either take video or photo evidence and our customer service department will review the information and contact you as soon as possible to address the issue and send out replacement parts.
