You may cancel your orders no more than 30 Minutes of purchase time. Any cancellation after 30 Minutes of purchase time falls under Refund Policy. Once a product has been shipped from www.CozyTag.com’s warehouse or directly from the manufacturer, orders cannot be canceled; the terms of our Refund Policy will take effect. Restocking of 20% of purchase price will apply to cancel orders excluding shipping costs. For cancelled orders, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
www.CozyTag.com offers a 14-day return policy following the arrival of the shipment to the customer, under the following conditions:
- Your item must be unused, not opened and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item have not been listed on the site as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note that your refund may be rejected if our team member finds a problem or damage with your returned item without notice. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the payment within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Products are inspected prior to leaving the warehouse or manufacturer to ensure they are undamaged and in working condition. Prior to accepting delivery of the product, thorough examination should be completed of the product inside of the packaging. If damage is found, do not accept delivery and call customer service immediately to let us know about the damage. In the event that damage or defects to the products or parts are discovered following installation, please contact our Customer Support with proof of the damage (either in video or photo format) and we will review the issues and contact you as soon as possible to rectify the situation.
